| Scope | Being one of the key technologies in 4G roadmap, LTE (Long Term Evolution) is an evolution of 3G technologies and allows user to achieve peak download speed of 100Mbps under a new air interface OFDMA and SC-FDMA. This webcast is to introduce you to LTE – the 3GPP Long Term Evolution project, history & timeline behind LTE, and the positioning against the alternative 3.9G technologies such as HSPA and WiMAX™. There will be a brief introduction to the new OFDM air interface as well as the complimentary changes being planned for the network system architecture evolution. The webcast will conclude by explaining the tools that Agilent is developing to help the industry overcome the considerable design and verification challenges which LTE presents. |
