ScopeThis seminar explores market trends in wireless handset design with the move to 2.5/3G technology and wireless data devices. It describes the analysis of protocol in developing wireless devices, such as simulation of real RF environment by network emulation, internet connection and message monitoring over the air. This seminar is useful especially to software engineers for both development and integration & verification. It will also highlight solutions from Agilent Technologies that can speed design in this new environment.

Chang-Woon Lee is is presently working as an Application Engineer in the wireless communication area for Agilent Korea. He was graduated from Hanyang University with major in Electronics Communication Engineering. The title of his graduation paper is "Design of Adaptive Equalizer at 16QAM". He worked at Hyundai Syscom as an engineer of TRS System & Digital Modem Design before joining Agilent Korea.

Sung-Min Lim is presently working as an Application Engineer in Agilent Korea. He is in charge of the technical support for test and measurement in wireless communication area. He was graduated from Youngnam University with major in Electronics Engineering. The title of his graduation paper is “A Study on Performance Analysis and simulation of Interference Canceller in CDMA Technologies”

Sang-Chel was graduated from Inha University with major in computer engineering. After graduation, he worked in the technical support of cable network measurement equipement and terminal measurement. Currently Sang-Chel is working in the technical support division of the instrument business unit in Agilent Korea. He is in charge of the technical support for terminal measurement related equipment (E5515C) in the wireless telecommunication area.
LanguageThe presentation will be conducted in Korean and the experts will answer the questions verbally in Korean. Participants can send in questions during the presentation and Q&A times in Korean or English text.
