If the version of your windows media player is version 9/10/11 and you encountered the error message "Error downloading codec" when viewing the online seminar, please follow the following instructions to install the required codec to solve the problem:
1. Download the required codec here in zip file.
2. Unzip the zip file into a temporary directory (e.g. d:\codec) so that the following 2 files will be extracted:
